There came a point when the life I was holding together finally cracked open. Cancer, the weight of old wounds, the sacred responsibility of raising a daughter with special needs, and the unraveling of my faith all collided- bringing me to my knees, and also to my awakening.

Through the breaking came remembering. I discovered that healing isn't about fixing what's broken, but about returning to the wholeness that has always been within us. Rebuilding my spiritual path taught me that the same power that guides the stars also lives in us- and is strong enough to steady us through anything.

It comes in the form of love- not earned or chased, but realized when we allow our walls of protection to soften and fall away. It is from this place that I now walk with others, helping them remember what has been within them all along.
