There comes a moment when the story you've been living no longer fits. The belief that you are alone, unworthy, or not enough begins to unravel, and that unraveling is not always neat. It can feel like losing your footing, like standing in the space between the life you've known and the life that is calling you.
In that space, the old scaffolding dissolves. The familiar structures you leaned on no longer hold, and yet the wide-open expanse is where something truer is built. It is here between the no longer and no longer yet, that you are given permission to remember who you are, to connect with a love that fills you from the inside out, and to create a life that lasts because it is rooted in truth.

Life continues beyond what we can see. Our loved ones are never far- they remain close, loving us still, and longing for us to know their presence. In these sessions, I serve as a bridge between worlds, helping you feel their nearness and hear their messages.
It is a sacred honor to give voice to those in spirit, and to witness the healing that flows when love makes itself known again.

About Me: A yoga instructor is what I thought my forever work would be. It led to certifying as a practitioner in Sound Healing, Reiki, Integrated Energetic Therapy, and Life & Health Coaching. These different modalities were attuning me more finely to the world of energy- a vital skill I would need in my work moving forward.
Prior to starting my personal healing journey, I was a young mother burdened by the deep wounds I carried and my unforeseen life circumstances. I didn't know how to cope. I had no personal awareness and no tools. I tried to control everything around me down to each kitchen drawer. I drove myself into the ground trying to keep up. I felt so alone in my struggles. I didn't think anyone felt the way I did.
A battle with cancer and a special needs daughter exasperated the internal weight I carried. Between these and my ongoing health problems, the camel's back had finally broken.
It woke me up to the truth that we are intricate, highly complex beings interconnected to self on every single layer. As much as we try to separate or compartmentalize, no part of us is separate from the other.
Every healing modality I learned was a reclamation of power. The words of Louise Hay, "You are more powerful than you have ever been led to believe," could not feel more true to me.
If this is possible for me, it is possible for you. I know that pure love is a very real power that comes from the inside out. It is nothing to be earned, it is only to be actualized. If we think love is something outside of us, we will always be chasing it.
